Advocate of the High Court · Chartered Accountant (SA)

Legal clarity.
Commercial insight.

Advocate Mkululi Mbali brings together legal advocacy and extensive accounting and assurance experience to examine matters with a rigorous legal and commercial perspective.

Professional profile

Two disciplines.
One considered approach.

Advocate Mbali completed B.Com and B.Com Honours degrees in Accounting at the former Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in Gqeberha before qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (South Africa) in 2011.

After working in the commercial sector as an accountant and auditor, he completed his LLB at UNISA in 2023 with an overall average of 78% and 30 distinctions. He completed pupillage in 2024 and was admitted as an Advocate in March 2025.

His combined experience supports detailed analysis of legal, financial and commercial information — including issues that may not be immediately apparent from a single professional perspective.
